The Details pane in the Truck Visit Inspector displays additional information in the following tabs:
Documents (on page 1): Displays the gate documents created for the selected truck visit.
History, Events: Displays the events recorded for the truck visit.
Use the Actions menu on this tab, to view the details of a selected event.
Images (on page 1): Displays the links of the images of the truck or the containers associated with the truck visit.
Lanes: Displays information about the various lanes such as entry, exit, exchange, and trouble lanes used by the truck visit. You must set-up and associate your gate lanes and console to be able to view this information. See View the entry/exit lane information in the Truck Visit Inspector. (on page 1)
Messages (on page 1): Displays any error messages that occurred when N4 processed the truck visit.
Stages (on page 1): Displays the gate stages involved in processing the selected truck visit.
Statistics: Displays the truck visit statistics in the following areas:
Statistics: Displays truck visit statistics such as the number of transactions associated with the truck visit, the entry, exit, and turn around time of the truck, and if any gate transactions associated with the truck visit have Trouble status.
Receive: Displays the line, and the number of full and empty containers and any chassis associated with the receive transactions.
Deliver: Displays the line, and the number of full and empty containers and any chassis associated with the deliver transactions.
N4 also displays this information in the Truck Statistics view (on page 1).
Transactions (on page 1): Displays the gate transactions associated with the selected truck visit.
You can double-click a transaction to view more details in the Gate Transaction Inspector (on page 1).
Notes
You can use the ARGOPURGE075 (PURGE_ROAD_TRUCK_VISIT_STATS_DAYS_TO_RETAIN) setting to specify the number of days for which N4 must retain truck visit statistics.
